Strawberry Rosé Granita by Home Cooking with Jan

Step 1
Pour rosé into a pan and freeze for about 6 hours.

Step 2
In a pot, bring sugar, strawberry and water to a boil. Cook until strawberries have soften and has a syrup consistency.

Step 3
Once rose is frozen, use a fork and scrape the icy rose. Mix in strawberry syrup once it has cooled. Place back into the freezer for 3-4 hours.

Step 4
Assemble by placing vanilla yogurt at the bottom of the cup. Spoon some of the granita on top. (Optional: top with some strawberries)
