
The Wait is Over
2021 OZV Rosé is here! Nothing says Spring like being outside on our patio drinking a glass of Rosé in the sunshine. If you can’t make it out to the tasting room, then you can pull out a chilled bottle to have with a light dinner. We like to pair OZV Rosé with tomato basil pasta, a full meal that takes only 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup basil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 200 g Farfalle noodles
Directions
Step 1
In a large pot, put water on to boil and salt generously. While water is heating up halve the tomatoes, mince the garlic, and chop the basil and then set aside.
Step 2
In a pan with high walls, heat olive oil. Add tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Let the tomatoes cook down.
Step 3
When the pasta is cooked, transfer from the pot to the pan with a slotted spoon. This allows some of the pasta water to cook in to the sauce. Stir until well combined.
Step 4
Serve with a glass of OZV Rosé!
